The company doesn't allot enough employees to handle the order intake which makes an average night very stressful. High stress but also high pay. Has a great bonus system in place for management, and moves qualified employees into management fairly quickly. Has a great app accessed by phone or email for scheduling and requesting time off. User friendly. The job is for multi faceted people only. Once trained you're expected to do everything everywhere that you can, And you do it all running for most of your shift. The equipment is very outdated and constantly breaking down, which makes the job harder. The management team, has been trained to focus on the numbers a little too much and so everyone feels the pressure, and gets irritated when the volume is too high. Customers feel that in return. Every location is different. I've worked at great, positive ones and cappy ones. It was good experience. But not necessarily A good experience. But hit your numbers=a good size bonus every paycheck. Averaged 600 wk total.Company insurance is expensive and just o.k., family insurance was ridiculously high. The employee discount is very low and the personal restrictions can be hard to get use to. No drinks kept of any kind. Only water in a water cup, off the floor and immediately trashed after each use. Hard to find time to intake the water you need,vs. The output of energy. Employees definitely work hard for that extra dollar. But they do hire kids 14 and up. It's a pretty good first job.
